If your operator is a 1/2hp or 1/3hp chain drive model  produced from 1984 to present this kit will be compatible. Manufacture production date will be located on the back of the operator motor head. For maximum performance, the entire door assembly must be properly balanced, adjusted and lubricated for smooth operation. Door should open manually with reasonable effort. Low temp lubricant must be applied or the gear will shred.
