You send us an order. (Please include your phone number so we may call you and go over the order to make sure we understand exactly what your family wants).
Information that is required for an order: Phone Number, Cell Number, email, deceased, date of birth, date of death, cemetery, location, foundation charge from cemetery, permit charge.
We do a scale drawing of  what the monument will look like. This includes the religious design, up to 60 characters (which includes lettering and dates) and email it to you. Once you review the scale drawing, and make any corrections or changes you may want, then you sign it and send it back to us. We start on the memorial as soon as you have sent us this "approval" and payment in full is received by Paypal.  It usually takes three to four weeks to complete a flat marker.
The price of the completed monument including shipping is 0.00 as stated . (* see below)
Purchaser is responsible for any fees charged by their cemetery.
The finished monument will be shipped directly to your cemetery (cemetery information must be provided to us by you).
You are responsible for checking with the cemetery for requirements. Some have special requirements for size, color, type and design. failure to comply with the cemetery could result in refusal of the stone placed there.
Our price does not include setting of the stone.
